We’ve included some of our forms to fill out below! Each adoption begins with filling out an ADOPTION APPLICATION form. Once filled out, your application will be reviewed, and you will be contacted by a Catastrophe Fostering Service employee to let you know if one of our cats will be a good fit for your home.

Once you have been approved for adoption, you will fill out an ADOPTION AGREEMENT in person with a Catastrophe Fostering Service employee. We’ve included same below so you can preview what that agreement looks like.

Adoption fees are $75 or donation of supplies in the same amount. This fee makes sure each cat goes to a good home and helps offset the cost of the neuter/spay, veterinary services, and supplies.
